Day 11 of posting daily until I reach 1,000 followers! 🎬✨ Welcome to Part 3 of my Granny Square Sizing series! You can see the blanket behind me, I absolutely love it, but I learned the hard way that granny squares pulled from random designers and sources can vary widely in finished size, making joining a total headache. The easiest way to get variety without the joining frustration is using curated mix-and-match books where designers have already done the sizing math for you. As long as you keep your yarn type, hook size, and personal tension consistent , your squares will be much less complicated to join. In this video, I share some of my favorite mix-and-match card deck and book recommendations. I also have a free granny square sizing lessons learned guide on my site (linked in my bio). ❓ What’s your biggest struggle when making granny square blankets? Drop your vote in the comments! 👇 A) Getting the sizes to match B) Weaving in all the ends C) Joining them together D) Something else?
